This is the best thing since sliced bread as far as shovels go...I have been digging out small pine trees, 6" to 10" and it makes quick work of any roots with the exception of the tap root. Also, any trenching projects will be made easier. The quality of this products puts all other shovels to shame...I will be hard pressed to buy any other brand form now on. This shovel is not for a 98 pound weakling as it is twice the weight of a normal shovel...also a good pair of gloves is required.

The Blade could be a little thicker but in general I was happy with the product. Great Value for the price. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a product that will meet their expectations on quality and price!

Solid construction....this is the best shovel ever made, it has withstood much use and abuse(rocky ground, clay, roots...etc)and remains as solid and strong as the day it was purchased.
